Building Permits

Homeowners: Obtaining water service.  There is a $42.00 non-refundable connection fee, and you will need to present your drivers license and Social Security card.  You must apply for service yourself, in person, during normal business hours.  The person who applies is responsible for the bill.

Renters: Obtaining water service.  There is a $65.00 non-refundable connection fee.  You will need your rental receipt, lease agreement or a letter from the landlord.  You'll also need your drivers license and Social Security card.  You must apply for service yourself, in person, during normal business hours.  The person who applies is responsible for the bill.

Sewer service and garbage pickup are available inside the city limits.
